I was burnt out by work addiction at 34 but bounced back by learning to nap: How Strictly's Camilla recovered from stress and exhaustion after her public break-up with co-star Brendan Cole
As a competitive ballroom dancer, Camilla Sacre-Dallerup is an expert at putting her best foot forward. The former star of Strictly Come Dancing has been, since the age of just five, a performer – and an award-winning one at that.
As the years went by, her dancing achievements duly multiplied.

Camilla Dallerup quits the jungle
The dancer had talks with show medics before walking out of the jungle camp amid fears she may have caused long-term damage to her health as she struggled to find energy for the simplest of tasks.
The Strictly Come Dancing star was replaced on the ITV1 show by former boxing champ Joe Bugner, who swaps past opponents such as Muhammad Ali for insects and lizards.
Dallerup had been visibly struggling since she entered the show on Sunday, sobbing about how she was exhausted as other concerned contestants rallied round.
She told the show: "I've decided to leave the camp. I've had a chat with the medics and I've taken the decision because if I stayed any longer I could risk my health. I feel really weak like I could faint any time.
"I'm a small person and I don't have any reserve to draw on, and today when I woke up it had got worse. I just felt this was the worst I've ever felt. I was so weak I could hardly walk down to the river and back."
