As far as I can remember, the school year started like this - When Laisa and I reached the classroom, my new classmates were lined up outside talking about different stuff like summer vacation, etc... The classroom was located in a good place - very near the CR, very near the canteen, stands on the corner. The first time we saw our new adviser, Miss Lourdes Claudio, we already knew she was one heck of a disciplinarian. And geez, this was just the start. We spotted her writing our seat plan on the board! Man, can you believe that? I remembered whispering to Laisa, "First day na first day may seat plan na! Shit!"
First day of classes, of course, the usual introduction. We also discussed some of the school rules (which we basically do every year). We went to the covered court for the year level flag and welcome ceremonies by Fr. Mazana, our HS principal. The teachers were introduced...blah...blah... I guess you can already remember that part. I can say it is real
